Packers, U.S. Venture announce naming rights deal for Titletown District office building

The Green Bay Packers on Thursday revealed the Titletown District office building will be named U.S. Venture Center under a naming rights agreement.
The Titletown Office building, at Marlee Lane and Lombardi Avenue, has about 150,000 square feet of space spread out over seven floors, five of which will be commercial office space. The first floor will be a lobby and the sixth floor will have meeting and event space for tenants’ use. The building, along with an adjacent apartment building, rests atop an underground parking garage.
Several tenants have already announced their plans for the office building, such as Breakthrough and Miron Construction. Miron will lease 23,000 square feet of space on the third floor of the building.
