Pardeeville shifts excitement from basketball to groundbreaking

Less than three weeks after the Pardeeville boys basketball team played in the WIAA state tournament for the first time in 40 years, the district will break ground on another big stage—a 500-seat performing arts auditorium. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony will be leaders from Pardeeville schools, the Bulldog Support Foundation, which helped raise funds for the project, General Engineering Co. and Miron Construction. Voters last April approved an $11.9 million construction referendum for the auditorium and major remodeling and renovations in the high school/middle school building. Read more…
