‘Premier’ construction firm sets up at land owned by Kimberly-Clark

There’s now some activity at the former RG Steel Plant in Warren, which part of was bought two months ago by the Kimberly-Clark Company.
On Dec. 28, 2023, the Western Reserve Port Authority announced the sale of 560 acres of former steel mill property in Warren and Howland to the Kimberly-Clark Company. The announcement was said to be “historic economic development news.”
