RDA approves KI expansion contracts with Miron Construction

Miron Construction Co. of Neenah was low bidder to demolish parts of the Clarion Hotel and to build foundations for the KI Convention Center expansion in downtown Green Bay.
The Redevelopment Authority during a special meeting Tuesday approved a $422,377 contract with Miron to demolish structures to make way for the expansion, not including the Coaches Corner building, which eventually will come down. It also approved a $1 million contract for foundations to support the addition, which will extend west over Adams Street to connect with the Clarion.
