Solid growth forecast for Wisconsin in 2016

Several feet above downtown Menasha a crew is busy installing blue-tinted windows on the eight-story One Menasha Center.
The windows provide some indication of what the office building will look like when it’s completed next spring. A few stories up, where the internal skeleton of the building is still visible and open, the complex still looks very much like a work in progress.
In some ways that’s a fitting description of the economy heading into 2016.
