Titletown hosts grand opening for Phase 2 park space
Titletown Development today officially expanded its park and plaza as a part of the development’s Phase 2, adding four more acres of public space that are now open for the community to visit.
Phase 2 also includes TitletownOffice, a seven-story office tower with a first-floor lobby level, five levels of office space and a top floor of meeting and event space for tenant use. It consists of approximately 150,000 square feet of Class A, premium office space that likely will have several hundred workers when fully utilized. The office building will be occupied by the first tenants within the next couple of months, and can welcome more new tenants this fall.
Miron Construction, which is building TitletownOffice, is set to occupy a portion of the third floor of the building, and Breakthrough will occupy the fifth and much of the fourth floor with their headquarters.
