Titletown Office Tenant – Miron Construction Moves In

Posted on Aug 2, 2021 by Miron Construction

Performa was engaged to help plan and design a new commercial office development and parking structure in the Titletown District adjacent to Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. The 160,000 square foot Titletown Office building has six floors on top of 350 podium parking stalls and features outdoor plazas, a rooftop terrace and gameday activity rooms. The new office bookends the west end of the entire development and will house 5-8 tenants.

One of these tenants is the contractor, Miron Construction. Performa was engaged to design their 17,000 square foot office buildout, which occupies a portion of the third floor. The new space is industrial yet modern, showcasing steel, rebar, cast concrete, wood, and other materials that reflect materials commonly used in the construction industry. The design takes advantage of the amazing Lambeau Field with views unobstructed by the open floor plan. A resident (employee) zone and guest zone are divided by a rotating pillar wall, a unique element co-developed by a mechanical partner, Tweet Garot. This is the contractor’s sixth satellite office and provides them the opportunity to put down roots in Green Bay, in the heart of Titletown. Take a look inside this new space.
