U.W. Marshfield STEM Building ribbon-cutting celebration

The Wood County community and Miron Construction celebrated a ribbon-cutting and open house for the new Everett Roehl Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Center at U.W. Marshfield/Wood County on Tuesday. U.W. System president Ray Cross was on hand to help dedicate the new 17,000 square foot state-of-the-art building, which he says is really an investment in the future. “This will be a monument to the future of Marshfield/Wood County that will not just change lives, but change this community and I compliment you on that. It’s a great investment,” Cross said.
