Neenah, Wis. – Miron Construction has added personnel to their various locations.

Liz Blohm serves as a marketing coordinator at Miron’s corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wis. She has four years of experience in the construction industry, having most recently served as a marketing coordinator for a national retail build-out company located in Appleton. Liz is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. As marketing coordinator, Liz assists with the creation of project proposals, interview materials, ads and other miscellaneous marketing materials. Liz resides in Appleton, Wis. with her husband, Jared.

Dylan Lienhardt serves as conceptual estimating assistant at Miron’s corporate headquarters. He is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and an Associate Constructor certificate. Dylan assists Miron’s conceptual estimators by communicating with preferred subcontractors throughout the bid process. He is also responsible for establishing an accurate database of past projects through Modelogix. Dylan lives in Neenah, Wis.

Wausau, Wis. – Shelly Cegielski was recently hired to serve as industrial timekeeper / payroll clerk for Miron’s Wausau office. Shelly is a graduate of Northcentral Technical College where she received her associate’s degree in graphic arts. Prior to being hired by Miron, Shelly served as the business office secretary for Mosinee School District. As industrial time keeper / payroll clerk, Shelly will enter all industrial time for the Wausau office and in the future will assist with the scheduling and estimating processes.

Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Steve Heyne will serve as a senior project manager in Miron’s Cedar Rapids, Iowa office. Steve has 13 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently serving as project manager for a large national contractor. Steve is a graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering. Steve will develop construction budgets, track and forecast project costs, assist the project team with problem solving and monitor the overall progress of the construction project for the industrial market. Steve resides in North English, Iowa with his wife, daughter and son.
