Miron’s work consists of 26,000 square feet of renovation and construction; it is scheduled to be complete in January 2017. Work on the building, which the City of Madison uses for storing and maintaining its Department of Public Works vehicles, includes site utilities, site work, a new wash shop, storage space for vehicles, and a solar wall to offset the building’s heating costs.
