Miron Construction begins work on STEM Center at UW-Marshfield/Wood County

Miron Construction Co., Inc. is partnering with Bray Architects to build the Everett Roehl STEM Center at the University of Wisconsin – Marshfield/Wood County in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The $5.6-million project broke ground in September 2016 and is scheduled to be complete in August 2017.

Work on the two-story, 17,000-square-foot science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) addition includes four new laboratory classrooms for chemistry, microbiology, nursing assistant training and simulation labs. Miron will also construct student commons and collaborative study areas, a new main entrance to campus and a new parking lot.
