Miron Construction Co., Inc. adds personnel at corporate office and warehouse operations

Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently hired a project manager, two estimators, a virtual construction specialist a project coordinator and a warehouse mechanic for its corporate office and warehouse operations.

Kyle Pieters has been hired by Miron to serve as a project manager. Kyle recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction, a double minor in Risk Control and Business Administration and has interned with Miron on and off over the course of the last three years. As project manager, Kyle will manage all aspects of construction projects, including, but not limited to, preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project close-out and owner occupancy. Logan Krueger has been hired to serve as an industrial estimator. Logan has 5 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently serving as an estimator for LaForce in Green Bay, Wis. As an industrial estimator, Logan will prepare and submit bids on a wide range of projects in the industrial market. Logan is a graduate of St. Norbert College and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a minor in Leadership Studies. (Headshot below)

Halie Schmidley has been hired to serve as an estimator. Halie will use her 3 years of experience in the construction industry to prepare and submit bids on a wide range of projects in numerous markets. Prior to joining the Miron team, Halie was employed as an estimating and assistant superintendent intern at a construction company in Minneapolis, Minn. Halie holds her Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and is a LEED Green Associate. She is also OSHA General Industry and Health 10 HR. Certified, OSHA Construction Safety and Health 10 HR. Certified and MSHA Certified. (Headshot below)

Blake Titus was recently hired as a virtual construction specialist. He has five years of experience in the design and construction industry, having most recently served as a BIM specialist / architectural intern for an architectural firm located in Green Bay, Wis. Blake is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology. He is also an Autodesk Revit Architecture Certified Professional. As virtual construction specialist, Blake will assemble 3D content, utilize clash detection to resolve conflicts during building design and construction, and specialize in assisting marketing/business development with visualization material for presentations. Alley Shepeck was recently hired to serve as a project coordinator. Alley has 10 years of experience working in the construction industry and is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Prior to joining the Miron team, she served as a mission coordinator/ministry associate for Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. In her new role as project coordinator, Alley will assist project managers with all aspects of project coordination, including project recordkeeping, submittals, budget tracking, financial controls, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout and owner occupancy. Hunter Nelson has been hired as a warehouse mechanic. Hunter most recently held the position of head of maintenance for Washington Island Camping Retreat. He is working toward a degree in Automotive Technology at Fox Valley Technical College and is OPE Four Stroke, OPE Two Stroke, OPE Electrical Systems, OPE Hydraulics and Drivelines Certified and has achieved bronze training from the Stihl Corporation. In his new position, Hunter will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines and tools. (Headshot below)
