Miron Construction Co., Inc. adds two new team members at corporate headquarters

Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently made two new hires at its corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wis. 

Robert Paulsen was hired as an industrial project manager. In this position, he will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing equipment installation and industrial projects, including coordinating the efforts of tradespeople, subcontractors and/or architects/engineers. He will lead and manage projects within specified financial budgets and timelines with an ongoing emphasis on increasing customer value. Robert completed a four-year Millwright Apprenticeship Program through the Wisconsin Carpenters Union. He previously served as a maintenance supervisor at Kapstone Paper in Longview, Washington.

As a masonry/erection coordinator, Leah Cazella is responsible for the administrative function, supporting the masonry, steel and pre-cast erection teams in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of assigned construction projects. Leah earned a bachelor’s degree in art at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Prior to joining Miron, she was a sales professional at Steinhafels in Appleton.
