Milwaukee, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. has recently hired a new senior project manager.
Andre Lorenzen will serve as a Senior Project Manager in Miron’s Milwaukee Office. Lorenzen has more than sixteen years of experience in the construction industry, having most recently served as project manager for a large general construction firm located in Milwaukee. Lorenzen is a graduate of UW-Platteville with a B.S. in Industrial Technology with an emphasis on Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration.
In his role as Senior Project Manager, Lorenzen will focus on the management of all project activities, including preliminary planning, budget development, financial control, value engineering assessments, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout and owner occupancy. Lorenzen is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Waste Cap of Wisconsin Accredited Professional, is ASHE Healthcare Construction Certified and is also a member of ASHE (American Society for Healthcare Engineering).
Lorenzen has been instrumental in several key Milwaukee projects and has strong local experience with healthcare, educational, senior living, and mixed-use developments.
