Neenah, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of a project manager and a conceptual estimating coordinator for its corporate headquarters.

Jonathan Stevens has been hired as a project manager. Jonathan has 13 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently serving as an area superintendent for a nationally-ranked general contractor. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology management and building construction management with a business administration minor. He is also a LEED AP. As project manager, Jonathan will manage all aspects of construction projects, including, but not limited to, preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project close-out and owner occupancy.

Andrea Krause was hired to serve as a conceptual estimating coordinator. Andrea most recently held the position of estimator for an Oshkosh/Madison-based restoration company and has completed coursework at Milwaukee Area Technical College in the interior/commercial design program as well as at the University of Wisconsin – Fox Valley. As a conceptual estimating coordinator, Andrea will be responsible for assisting the conceptual estimating team as they prepare estimates. Job duties will include communication with subcontractors/suppliers/engineers to gather and share information, data entry and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
