Miron Construction Co., Inc. hires Vice President of Health Care

Neenah, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently hired a new vice president of health care.

Rob Chartier, P.E., will be responsible for developing, directing and guiding Miron’s strategic healthcare vision as well as its construction efforts. As part of the health care team, Rob will have a wide range of duties, including business development, pre-construction services and client relations within the health care marketplace.

Rob brings unique perspectives on lean construction techniques and how they relate to both health care facilities and operational efforts within construction industry. His expertise will help lead the charge when it comes to eliminating waste and increasing efficiencies. Rob’s past experience includes work for LifeCare Hospital in Waukesha, Wis., Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare Center in Franklin, Wis., and Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, Wis.

Rob has worked in the construction industry for the past 20 years, most recently serving as the director of project development for a general construction firm headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado – Boulder and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer. Rob lives in Oshkosh, Wis., with his wife, Kristin, and two sons.
