Miron Construction Co., Inc. makes multiple hires for corporate headquarters
Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently made five new hires for its corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wis.
Three new project managers have joined the Miron team. This leadership role brings value to Miron by providing direct management of construction projects, encompassing dealing with construction / building issues, purchasing materials, creating / following schedules and careful monitoring of and reporting on financial issues related to projects. Ultimately, the project managers will deliver projects in accordance with established company policies and procedures, and will be accountable for success on all projects they manage.
Tara Hernandez has seven years of experience in the construction industry, most recently serving as a project engineer and scheduler for a large construction firm based in Minnesota. She graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management and a Bachelor of Science degree in sports science. Dave Barrow has 30+ years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to being hired by Miron, he worked for a commercial construction contractor in Wausau as a project superintendent/manager. Anthony Foster brings eight years of experience in the construction industry to the team, most recently serving as a project manager through The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in San Diego. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from San Diego State University.
Stephanie Tyink was recently hired as a marketing assistant. In this position, she will work closely with the business development and marketing team, assisting with the planning, preparation, record keeping and coordination of marketing activities and events. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communication – public relations and marketing. Stephanie previously served as a marketing intern at Miron.
As an industrial administrative assistant, Sarah Mischka will be responsible for working alongside the vice president of industrial operations to provide advanced administrative support and office management for Miron’s industrial division. Sarah earned an associate degree in the administrative assistant program at Fox Valley Technical College. Prior to joining Miron, she was a call center assistant manager at Fox Communities Credit Union.
