Miron Construction Co., Inc. president/CEO honored by Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce
Neenah, Wis. (Nov. 5, 2014) – Miron Construction Co., Inc. is proud to announce that David G. Voss, Jr., president and CEO, will be inducted into the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce & Industry Business Hall of Fame this November.
“What an incredible honor. While I am immensely proud of Miron’s involvement in the community, I certainly cannot take all of the credit. The Miron team truly is a family, one that cares deeply about the communities in which we reside. Although I’ll be accepting this award on the 5th, it will certainly be on behalf of all of our employees who give so much of their time, talents and treasure,” stated David G. Voss, Jr.
The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce & Industry will honor Voss and other outstanding business leaders in the community at its annual awards ceremony, The Event: Celebrating Business, on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 5:30 p.m. at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton. Hall of Fame honorees are chosen for their contributions to their respective industry as well as for their contributions toward the advancement of life in the Fox Cities. Voss is recognized in part for his leadership in Miron’s community involvement.
“Dave truly inspires a culture of giving back to the community,” said Tim Kippenhan, vice president & COO at Miron. “He leads by example and by encouraging team members at every level to give of their time and talents to causes greater than themselves, and those efforts are evident in every project we complete, whether in our corporate work or through volunteerism.”
Under Voss’ leadership, Miron has won numerous community and industry accolades, including:

Voss has also been behind the helm on countless projects on which Miron donated labor, materials, equipment and monetary support. Examples include: the John Wollner Miracle League of the Fox Valley New Baseball Diamond & Playground, the Menasha Youth Sports Complex, the Fox Valley Warming Shelter, the Fox Cities Trestle Trail Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge, the St. Mary High School Baseball Field and the St. Mary Middle School Project.
