Neenah, Wis.  —Miron Construction Co., Inc. is partnering with Bray Associates Architects to complete a number of projects for the Black River Falls School District in Black River Falls, Wis., including the construction of a new elementary school. Work on the 130,000-square-foot project will begin in late spring 2015 and is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2016 school year.

The 90,000-square-foot elementary school will replace Third Street Elementary, which will be demolished to create a green space after the new school is completed. Miron will also renovate the entrances at Gebhardt Elementary, Forrest Street Early Learning Center and the Black River Falls middle and high schools for increased security, as well as construct an addition to the high school. The cost for all five projects will total $22.5 million.
