Miron Construction Co., Inc. transitions four employees at corporate headquarters
Neenah, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently transitioned four employees at its corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wis.

Dan Lynch has been promoted from project manager to senior project manager. With 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Dan will continue to be responsible for managing all project activities, including preliminary planning, budget development, financial control, value engineering, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout and owner occupancy. Dan has worked for Miron for the past two-and-a-half years and resides in Oshkosh, Wis.

Lance Krause, previously a project superintendent for Miron for the past three years, has been promoted to industrial project manager. In his new position, Lance will manage all aspects of industrial projects including, but not limited to, preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout and owner occupancy. Lance has been in the construction trade for 22 years and currently lives in Marinette, Wis.

Jen Mason has transitioned from hard bid estimator to project manager. In her previous position, Jen prepared and submitted bids on a wide range of projects in numerous markets. In her new position, she will manage all project activities including, but not limited to, preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling and coordination of construction activity. Jen has worked for Miron for the past 10 months and has 10 years of experience in the construction industry. She resides in Oshkosh, Wis.

Matt Clark previously served as a hard bid estimator and was responsible for preparing and submitting bids on a wide range of projects in numerous markets. He is now transitioning to the position of conceptual estimator. In his new position, Matt will develop quality estimates at conceptual and construction document levels; evaluate material and labor costs; select, evaluate and tabulate subcontractor estimates and materials; and prepare final tabulations, bid submittals and presentation of project costs to owners. Matt has been with Miron for the past two-and-a-half years and has 13-and-a-half years of experience in the construction industry. He lives in Appleton, Wis.
