Miron Construction Co., Inc., in partnership with Architects in Common, recently began work on the alterations and additions to Rawhide Café and Carriage House in New London.

The project work includes 1,530-square-feet of interior upgrades to the flooring, reception desk, and lobby, and a new 250-square-foot vestibule in the Carriage House, as well as a 300-square-foot addition to the Café, including a new vestibule, windows, doors, and canopy.

The modernization of both buildings serves the purpose of creating a more inviting atmosphere for residents, students, and visitors of the house and café. With a scheduled completion date of December 5, 2020, a large portion of the project was able to meet the deadline of the mid-September Bart Starr Commemorative Celebration hosted by Rawhide.
