Miron Construction Earns Wellness Council of Wisconsin Mental Health in the Workplace Certificate

The Mental Health in the Workplace certificate is designed to help Wisconsin-based organizations build and sustain a mentally healthy work environment by focusing on five essential pillars: awareness and education; leadership engagement; policies and procedures; employee support and inclusion; and measurement and growth.
