Miron Construction hires six employees for corporate office, warehouse
Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently welcomed six team members to its corporate office and warehouse.
Dean Domingos joined Miron as a logistics coordinator for the warehouse. In his role, Domingos is responsible for coordinating the daily trucking schedule, dispatching operators, attending Department of Transportation meetings for drivers and operators, entering trucks and heavy equipment in the reservation system, and more. Domingos brings more than 20 years of experience to his role.

Joe Holzinger joined Miron as a project manager. In his new role, Holzinger provides direct management of construction projects. This includes dealing with any project issues, purchasing materials, creating and following project schedules, and careful monitoring of and reporting on financial issues related to projects. Holzinger brings more than 10 years of experience encompassing both heavy civil construction, and general vertical commercial and industrial construction to his role.

Molly Murnane serves as the learning and development manager. In her role, Murnane is responsible for the strategic vision and tactical execution of a corporate training and development program intended to support employee development across multiple functional areas, including the creation, implementation, administration, and evaluation of all training and development initiatives. Murnane brings more than 10 years of instructional experience to her role.

Justin Rimbey was hired as a technology support specialist. In his role, Rimbey provides user support and customer service on Miron-supported computer applications and platforms, as well as troubleshoots problems and advises on appropriate action. Rimbey brings three years of professional experience to his role.

Mike Tesar serves as an electrical/instrumentation project manager. This leadership position provides direct management of the electrical/instrumentation portion of construction projects. This includes interfacing with clients, installation issues, managing sub-contractors, creating and following schedules and careful monitoring of and reporting on financial issues related to projects. Tesar brings nearly 40 years of experience to his role.

Tammy Zastrow joined Miron as a project accountant. In her new role, Zastrow is responsible for processing billing transactions in support of construction projects, keeping project insurance current, monitoring project modification pricing, tracking and confirming labor rates, and other duties as assigned. Zastrow brings more than 15 years of customer experience to her role.
