Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently made two new hires at its Eau Claire office.

Nikki Jones was hired as a project administrator. In this position, she will be responsible for working with project teams to assist with the planning, directing and coordinating of activities of assigned construction projects. She will also assist with project startup functions, RFI’s, subcontractor contracts, supplier purchase orders, meeting minutes, submittals, insurance and project closeout functions. Nikki graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She was previously employed at Big Ox Energy providing engineering support and at Jones Sign Company as a project manager of major projects.

Shannon Wilber joins Miron as a project accountant. She is responsible for billing transactions in support of construction projects, monitoring project modification pricing, tracking and confirming labor rates, advantage purchasing and other duties as assigned. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Prior to joining Miron, she served as a program financial analyst at Fincantieri Marinette Marine.
