Miron Construction Co., Inc.’s project, The Sylvee, was recently named as In Business Magazine’s 2020 Commercial Design Award Best New Development or Renovation – Restaurant or Bar. The Sylvee was designed by Strang, Inc.

The Sylvee, Frank Productions’ newest music venue, is located in the Gebhardt Building – a multi-story, mixed-use development in Madison’s East Washington Avenue corridor. The 2,500-capacity live concert venue was designed to create an intimate experience for the entire crowd to see some of the largest musical acts in the country. It was built with accessibility in mind, ensuring smooth set-up and tear-down of shows, and enticing musical acts with its convenience. The Gebhardt Building features retail and office space, including Miron’s Madison office.
