Stan Harmsen

Miron’s resident senior steel and precast estimator has been named a 2021 Icon of Construction. This awards program honors those with more than 15 years of experience who have helped to build and maintain excellence in construction and related fields.

Described as positive, laid back, and extremely knowledgeable by his coworkers, Stan is able to rely on his gut as well as his years of experience to work efficiently while always maintaining a calm presence. Ed Green
Closing in on five decades of working in the construction industry – first as a carpenter, then superintendent and finally as a general superintendent – there isn’t much Ed Green hasn’t seen. His 43-year career has given him a front-row seat to tremendous company growth as well as an extraordinary perspective that he shares with everyone around him.

Ed’s colleagues speak about how his keen insight influences everything he does: approaching a difficult situation, viewing jobsite conditions, guiding team members in finding the right decision, or actively mentoring the superintendents and craftspeople he oversees. It is this rich understanding of the people and processes behind the company that make Ed an Icon of Construction. Watch Ed’s award video from the virtual event here.
