Project Overview
Broadway Automotive underwent a significant renovation project at its Ford, Hyundai and Pre-Owned Vehicle Dealership in order to modernize its facilities and enhance its customers’ experience. The project included a partial demolition of and renovations to the existing dealership building, as well as the construction of approximately 47,000 SF of new dealership space. Features of the completed project include new Ford and Hyundai showrooms, offices and training room, customer lounge, refreshment areas, and service areas.
