Miron Green Bay Office Build-Out

Project Overview

The Miron Construction Green Bay office occupies the third floor of the U.S. Venture Center building in the Titletown District. This build-out includes group workspaces, conference rooms, CI Lab, offices, breakroom/kitchen area, staff workstation spaces, and much more.

Miron’s sixth satellite office showcases various construction materials typically seen in the industry. The new space is industrial yet modern, showcasing steel, rebar, cast concrete, wood, and other construction materials. The design takes advantage of the amazing Lambeau Field with views unobstructed by the open floor plan. Employee and guest zones are divided by a rotating pillar wall, a unique element co-developed by a mechanical partner, Tweet Garot.
