Over the past decade, Miron Construction completed projects in more than 150 public school districts. Created in 1918, Miron has made the grade on elementary, middle and high schools as well as higher education facilities in both the public and private sector. As one of the state’s largest construction firms, Miron takes its commitment to the educational market seriously.

Miron’s portfolio encompasses new building projects as well as additions to, and the remodeling of, existing facilities and spans all aspects of a facility project, from pre-referendum services through design and construction.

Some of Miron Construction’s pre-referendum services include:

• Development of conceptual estimates
• Creation of preliminary construction schedules
• Formation of a communication plan with action items and goal dates
• Development of communication pieces (newsletters, mailers, presentation boards, etc.)
• Facilitation of committees and public information sessions

Craig Uhlenbrauck is Miron Construction’s vice president of education, and he, along with Megan Nussbaum, Miron’s business development specialist – education, assist our clients as their public school projects move from concept through completion.
