Building Virtually & Streamlining Construction
Recently, Miron Construction was featured in an article in Constructech magazine. The article highlights a few trends and tools of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The article also provides a snapshot of the present approach to support the tools of our evolving construction industry, along with a reminder that building owners, such as the state of Wisconsin, are actively moving toward full use of the information held within the building information model. We have a lot to be energized about as we experience the real-world benefits of these emerging technologies in the field. What’s critically important to remember, at all stages of technology development within an organization, is the connection to people. An investment in technology is an investment in people. It’s the team within the organization that delivers the success, while the tools simply facilitate that process.
