For more than 20 years, we have invested in our people at our yearly employee Summits. The goals of these Summits are to build camaraderie amongst our employees, provide learning and development opportunities, review the previous year’s successes, and conduct strategic planning for the year ahead.

The successes that come from these Summits are unmatched. Team Miron leaves each year feeling reinvigorated, and many leave with new meaningful connections and a stronger sense of community within the organization.
