It has been one year since we launched Recognize It!, Miron’s employee recognition program. During the last year, our office employees and craftspeople have embraced the program and incorporated it into their daily activities. Because of Team Miron’s willingness to embrace the program, recognition has soared and our culture has shifted toward one focused around gratitude.

Recognition occurs when employees are caught living out one or more of our five core values. The recognized employee is celebrated for keeping the values top-of-mind, and the values themselves are strengthened. These recognitions have the potential to inspire others. A team is not a team unless it works together, and recognition drives teamwork.

In just one year, more than 502 submissions have been made through the program via the online portal. It is important to note that this number does not factor in the countless in-person recognitions that have occurred!

Recognize It! has helped us discover the true power of showing appreciation in a meaningful, intentional way.
