$6 million office project for Stevens Point water and sewer departments gets OK

State regulators have given Stevens Point approval to build nearly $6 million in office and storage space that will begin a series of changes for the city’s water and sewer departments. The 37,500-square-foot building will have vehicle and equipment storage plus areas for offices, a break room, locker rooms and a water meter testing station. The utility awarded $5.98 million in bids for the project to Miron Construction. Read more…
