History repeats as ground breaks on new YMCA

Officials from the city of Oshkosh, Oshkosh Community YMCA, Oshkosh Area Community Foundation and Miron Construction dug their shovels into a pile of dirt outside the downtown YMCA Friday to mark the start of construction on a new, $15 million facility.
