Miron Construction Co., Inc., in partnership with MSA Professional Services, Inc., has begun reconstruction of the City of Appleton’s Erb Park and pool. Work on the $8.7 million project started in August and is scheduled to be complete in June 2017.

Miron’s work at Erb Park includes aquatic amenities such as a new eight-lane, Olympic-size pool, a recreational pool and water slides. An 8,600-square-foot bathhouse, a 2,700-square-foot pool equipment building and a 3,000-square-foot pavilion shelter will also be constructed near the aquatic area.

New park features will include basketball and tennis courts, a multi-use sports field, a sledding hill and ice skating area. Miron will also pour new asphalt paths and parking lots.
