Neenah, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently hired two project managers, a hard bid estimator, a project coordinator and a marketing assistant for its corporate office.

Jeff Mishler has been hired to serve as a project manager. Prior to re-joining the Miron team (Jeff was employed by Miron from 2000 – 2006), Jeff held the position of project manager for a design-build general contractor that served the Fox Valley. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with minors in both Business Administration and Safety and has 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He is also OSHA 30hr. certified, a certified forklift trainer and is certified in CPR / First-Aid. In his new position, Jeff will manage all aspects of construction projects, including, but not limited to, preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project close-out and owner occupancy. Jeff will be working full-time at Lambeau Field on the stadium improvement project.

Chris Deiss has also been hired as a project manager. Chris has 20 years of experience in the construction industry and recently completed an internship as part of Fox Valley Technical College’s Construction Management Program, where he is completing his Associate Degree in Construction Management Technology as well as his Associate Degree in Safety Engineering Technology. Prior to that he served as a superintendent for a general contractor located in Kaukauna, Wis. Chris is a LEED Green Associate, is OSHA 30hr. and WHEA Healthcare Construction certified, is certified in First Aid, CPR and AED and is also a journeyman carpenter. As project manager, Chris will manage all aspects of construction projects, including, but not limited to, preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project close-out and owner occupancy.

Gerald Jochman will be serving as an estimator for Miron. Gerald will use his 36 years of experience in the construction industry to prepare and submit bids on a wide range of projects in numerous markets. Prior to joining the Miron team, Gerald was employed as vice president and senior project manager for a construction services company located in Sheboygan, Wis. Gerald holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Engineering Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering and is also a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin.

Debbie Knapp will be serving as a project coordinator for Miron. Most recently, Debbie held the position of branch office administrator for Edward Jones Investments. She was responsible for providing client service, assisting financial advisers and ensuring client accounts were processed accurately and efficiently. In her new role as project coordinator, Debbie will assist project managers with all aspects of project coordination, including project recordkeeping, submittals, budget tracking, financial controls, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout and owner occupancy.

Ashley Duckart has joined the marketing team as a marketing assistant. In her new position, Ashley will work closely with the business development and marketing team, coordinating tradeshows, conferences and internal and external events; assisting with public relations, website and social media efforts; and helping to maintain the company’s customer relation management database. Ashley is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. Prior to being hired by Miron, Ashley served as a digital sales strategist for Gannett Wisconsin Media.
