Miron Construction Co., Inc. hires multiple team members for corporate office and yard operations
Neenah, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of a conceptual estimator, a virtual construction specialist, a graphic designer and a paint shop specialist for its corporate headquarters and yard operations.
Brian Wheeler has been hired to serve as a conceptual estimator. Brian will utilize his 20 years of experience in the construction industry to generate conceptual, schematic and hard-dollar estimates. He will also provide cost analysis in the form of value-engineering to clients, and communicate budgets and schedules to clients and project managers. Prior to rejoining the Miron team (having served as an estimator from 2004 – 2005 and a field foreman from 1998 – 2004), he held the position of estimator/project manager at a full service general contractor / construction management firm located in Abrams, Wis.
Sara Johnson is Miron’s newest virtual construction specialist. Sara has 12 years of experience in the construction industry, having most recently served as designer for an architecture and construction management firm located in Oshkosh, Wis. Sara is a graduate of Northcentral Technical College and holds an Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design. She also completed coursework at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. As virtual construction specialist, Sara will assemble 3D content, utilize clash detection to resolve conflicts during building design and construction, and specialize in assisting marketing/business development with visualization material for presentations.
Craig Bieri has been hired to fill the position of graphic designer. Craig will be responsible for corporate identity, branding and providing creative solutions to fit the needs of Miron’s internal and external clients while creating compelling and innovative designs. Craig will be working on a variety of collateral materials, print advertisements, email campaigns, event materials, package design and 3D displays. Prior to joining the Miron team, Craig held the position of freelance creative professional and creative director/manager for a printing company located in Wausau, Wis. Craig is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.
Todd Ashauer was recently hired as a paint shop specialist. Todd will be responsible for the preparation and painting of tools, equipment, and vehicles in Miron’s fleet and inventory. Todd has 20 years of experience in the construction industry and completed the A.B.C. apprenticeship program in painting. Most recently, Todd served as a painter for Omni Glass & Paint.
