Neenah, Wis— Theresa Lehman, LEED Fellow, director of sustainable services for Miron Construction Co., Inc., was named one of ENR Midwest’s Top 20 Under 40. This annual program honors young design and construction professionals on the basis of their contributions to their firms, profession and communities.

“I am honored to be named one of the Top 20 Under 40 in the Midwest,” Lehman said. “It is a great distinction, especially to be recognized by one of the leading construction industry publications.”

Lehman and 19 other industry professionals were selected from scores of nominees from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin. ENR Midwest provides news, features and information about people and projects in the construction industry serving Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and eastern Missouri.

Lehman provides sustainable leadership throughout the company and ensures Miron leads by example to demonstrate the benefits of the triple bottom line (people, planet and payback) through education, corporate culture and practical construction solutions. Sustainability is one of Miron’s six core values and Lehman has worked effortlessly to integrate sustainable business strategies and green construction practices into Miron’s culture.

She will be honored in the Jan. 27, 2014 edition of ENR Midwest.
