Miron Construction Co., Inc. has hired two employees for its Iowa office.
Eric Allard serves as project manager. This leadership position brings value to Miron by providing direct management of construction projects. This encompasses dealing with construction / building issues, purchasing materials, creating / following schedules and careful monitoring of, and reporting on, financial issues related to projects. Ultimately, he will deliver projects in accordance with established company policies and procedures and will be accountable for project success on all projects he manages. Eric is a graduate of Kirkwood Community College where he majored in Carpentry andConstruction. Prior to joining the Miron team, Eric was employed as a carpenter by Smith & Wood Construction.
Stephanie Heims has been hired as a receptionist. In this position, she is primarily responsible for administrative duties, but does work with Mironteam members to provide advanced administrative support and office management assistance. Prior to being hired by Miron, Stephanie was employed by Worley Warehousing Inc. as a customer service / operation planner for its General Mills account.
