Miron Construction Co., Inc. hires project superintendent for Iowa regional office
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently hired Norman Steinbach to serve as project superintendent for their regional office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Prior to joining the Miron team, Norman served as a construction carpenter general foreman/superintendent for a large construction firm headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn. Norman has 25 years of experience in the construction industry and is a member of the Carpenters Local 344. His past project experience includes work on the G.E. World Headquarters campus addition in Waukesha, Wis., Froedtert Memorial Hospital campus addition in Milwaukee, Wis., the Sprint Center in Kansas, Mo., and Target Field in Minneapolis, Minn. As project superintendent, Norman will work directly with project managers and construction teams to manage all phases of construction activity. He will direct all field personnel and coordinate all subcontractor activities while adhering to the construction schedule. First and foremost, he will maintain a risk-free work environment to ensure the safety of all who access the site.
