Miron Construction Co., Inc. to renovate J.C. Penney

Miron Construction Co., Inc. is partnering with Shive Hattery to complete 140,000-square-feet of renovations for J.C. Penny in the Westdale Mall in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Scheduled to be complete in April, the project consists of demolition of the existing Tire and Auto Center, renovation of the exterior façade and installation of new entrances at all four elevations.
