Miron Construction Co., Inc., in partnership with Power Engineers Collaborative, is overhauling a steam turbine generator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The project began in June 2017 and is expected to be completed by December 2017.

Miron’s scope of work includes overhauling and tuning up the steam-powered generator which provides approximately 10 megawatts of electricity to the UW-Madison campus. The overall budget of the overhaul project is $1.2 million.
