Marcoe will share the story of Miron’s Dream Project and the company’s journey toward the creation of a more human workplace. In his role, Marcoe provides employees with both life and leadership coaching, all of which can be taken advantage of during company time. At Fusion 2.0, he will share successes as well as lessons learned along Miron’s journey toward creating a more human workplace, lessons and best practices that attendees can apply at their own organizations.
The Fusion 2.0 Conference, which offers an integrated, comprehensive approach to workplace improvement that recognizes the interrelatedness of employee wellbeing and organization wellbeing, will cover a multitude of topics. Session topics include safety and risk management, human resources, employee benefits, employee training and education, employee well-being, leadership development, and much more. The goal, through cross-functional collaboration, is to help usher in a new era of people-focused workplaces.
