Miron Construction’s Meredith Baciak named to Wellness Council of Wisconsin’s 2020 Champions of Employee Wellbeing list
Meredith Baciak, wellness coordinator for Miron Construction Co., Inc., has been named to the Wellness Council of Wisconsin’s (WCWI) 2020 Leaderboard: Champions of Employee Wellbeing. In her role, Meredith actively works with Miron employees to provide comprehensive and progressive health and wellness programs and services.
WCWI’s Leaderboard: Champions of Employee Wellbeing is a statewide recognition opportunity for wellness strategists and people leaders. This year, applicants focused on the four components of courage: physical, moral, social, and creative.
“Social courage is seeking to listen and care for your people first and foremost,” said Lisa Grenfell, Wellness Council of Wisconsin. “It is grounded in cultural sensitivity, diverse perspective, and meaningful peer connection. As wellness strategists, we have opportunity to fully support our employees’ voices and understand what makes people feel heard and known. Through Meredith’s courageous story, she demonstrated the best way to create a culture of trust was to lean into social connection, show up as her authentic self, and seek to listen and learn everyone’s story. On behalf of WCWI and our Board of Directors, we are honored to announce that Meredith Baciak is one of those Champions in support of Social Courage.”
WCWI’s 2020 Leaderboard features four wellness strategists who have been called to be fierce advocates for the wellbeing of their people. They’ve prevailed as champions who have acted with care, compassion, and courage this past year. To read Meredith’s profile in its entirety, click here.
