Project Overview

This project included six phases of construction which provides 46,700 square feet of new patient and treatment rooms, 70,500 square feet of renovated patient and treatment rooms, new HVAC systems, and electrical upgrades for the entire building. The renovations converted existing double-occupancy rooms to private rooms with improved patient comfort and operational efficiency. Renovation work also provided updated and modern facilities for Cardiac Rehabilitation, Emergent Care, Decontamination, Education Services, and Human Resources.
