Aurora BayCare Neuroscience Renovations

Project Overview

This new Neuroscience Center at Aurora BayCare features twelve new exam rooms and medical offices for eight physicians. The clinical space is arranged around collaborative staff work stations for improved communication and work flow. A new conference center was also constructed to service the campus.

To enhance access to this space, a new two-story, elevated pedestrian walkway was constructed connecting two wings of the hospital. A new air handling unit was also installed to service this space as well as the 4th floor above.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
