City of Oshkosh New Department of Public Works Building

Project Overview

The project consists of a new 150,000 SF public works building for the City of Oshkosh. The building is compressed natural gas (CNG) compatible and features:

• parking for sanitation and city services vehicles
• training center
• locker rooms and fitness area
• wash bay

The building also offers a new fueling island which includes:

• weld bar
• 5-bay repair shop with an overhead crane
• parts storage area
• concrete, asphalt, carpentry, and small engine shops
• new and improved resident drop-off site
