Project Overview

A successful referendum allowed the District to improve facilities by addressing many deferred maintenance projects, implement changes that support modern student learning, and provide a long-term plan for their schools.

The new Little Prairie Primary School (pre-K through 2nd grade) replaces an existing elementary school that has outlived its useful life, and allows the existing Prairie View Elementary to return to the 3rd through 5th grade program it was designed to house. Traffic improvements on the shared site enhance student safety.

East Troy High School additions included four classrooms, music rehearsal room, main office, robotics room, technical education space, and a fitness room. A renovated lecture hall, band/choir practice rooms, technical education spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, and enlargement of several classrooms were all part of the remodeling scope.

The Middle School received energy efficiency upgrades, new HVAC control system, bathroom remodeling, and locker replacement.

"[Your people] have been awesome to work with. No question too silly to ask, no detail from us too small, and always wanting to work with us to build the best building we can with the budget we have....We do not build buildings every day—you guys do —and it’s great to team up with a partner that is working with us....Thanks for sending your best our way!”
