Project Overview

Substantial upgrades to the High School on this shared site included extensive heating, ventilation, electrical and plumbing upgrades; energy efficiency projects; and the remodeling and modernizing of learning environments. It also involved expansion of the weight room/wellness center, and a new structure to relocate and expand the agricultural lab/greenhouse. The Grade School received a roof replacement and minor updates to heating, ventilation, plumbing and flooring. All sites were equipped with secure entrances.

The project also included the demolition of the outdated Hillcrest building with the restoration of that site to athletic fields, the construction of a replacement auxiliary gym at the High School, and relocation of the District offices to the Grade School.
