Project Overview
This new 139,000 SF skilled nursing facility has an initial capacity of 150-189 residents, with expansion capabilities to 204. The flexible design allows for either an increase or decrease in bed count, and the ability to convert to other options, such as assisted living. Sustainability was a priority in the design and construction, and the facility incorporates many “green building” elements.
